Regulation (EU) 2023/564 requires a machine-readable record: product and authorisation number, dose, parcel, treated area and crop. Agro GPS already produces that file as CSV or JSON, free on every plan. Start now and you reach January with the season already recorded.

Agro GPS records every task with the fields of Regulation (EU) 2023/564 plus each country's extras, and in Spain in the SIEX digital notebook format (regional homologation in progress). In the EU, paper remains accepted until 31 Dec 2026; from 1 Jan 2027, the spraying record must be electronic.

In the EU, Regulation (EU) 2023/564 requires a machine-readable record of plant-protection treatments, and from 1 January 2027 it must be electronic: Regulation (EU) 2025/2203 lets countries accept non-electronic records only for uses before that date. Many countries add their own rules, such as Spain's farm notebook (RD 1054/2022) or France's plant-protection register. Agro GPS records every task in that format.
The notebook captures what an inspection asks for: date, parcel, product with its registration number, dose and treated area. You can export it and show it at any time. Where the State takes the data online, such as SIEX in Spain or SJI in Denmark, the country table above says exactly where our connection stands.

You do. The notebook belongs to the farm owner: you can export all your data for free at any time, even if you stop using the app.
Yes. Create your farm in the app and show them a QR code: they join with their own account and role, and everyone's tasks land in the same notebook. The Free plan includes two people; Pro, up to five.

In Spain the parcel resolves from its cadastral reference and SIGPAC in any region, and the notebook follows the SIEX format. Direct submission to each region's registry is being enabled in phases, as each region completes homologation.
