No card required. Exporting your data is free, always.
Type the cadastral reference or tap the parcel on the map: SIGPAC enclosure, land use and area fill themselves in. Full setup fits in 30 seconds.
Spraying, fertilising, irrigation, sowing or harvest. Big buttons, repeat-last-task and product validation before you apply:
Every task is recorded in the SIEX digital notebook format and the notebook submits itself. On inspection day, the paperwork was already done.

Agro GPS records tasks in the format of Spain's digital farm notebook (SIEX). Official homologation per region is in progress. Paper remains valid until 31 Dec 2026; from 1 Jan 2027, the pesticide treatment log must be electronic.
Yes. EU rules require an electronic, machine-readable record of plant-protection treatments (Reg. (EU) 2023/564), and Spain regulates the farm notebook in RD 1054/2022. Paper stops being valid for treatments on 31 December 2026: from 1 January 2027 the record must be electronic. Agro GPS records every task in that format.
The notebook captures what an inspection asks for: date, SIGPAC parcel, product with its registration number, dose and treated area. You can export it and show it at any time. Official homologation of the regional submission is in progress; your tasks are already recorded in the SIEX-compatible format.
Yes. Agro GPS is offline-first: the task is saved on your phone and syncs by itself when the signal returns. Logging never depends on having coverage in the parcel.
Starting is free with no card: unlimited tasks, parcels from the cadastral reference and product validation. The Agro GPS Pro plan (EUR 99/year) will add 1-click SIEX submission, campaigns and the full CUE export — available this autumn. For advisory firms and cooperatives managing many farms there is a custom plan. Exporting your data is always free, on any plan or none.
You do. The notebook belongs to the farm owner: you can export all your data for free at any time, even if you stop using the app.
Yes. Create your farm in the app and show them a QR code: they join with their own account and role, and everyone's tasks land in the same notebook. The Free plan includes two people; Pro, up to five.
You take everything with you. Exporting your full notebook is always free, on any plan or none, even after you cancel. No lock-in, no fine print.
Task logging works across all of Spain: the parcel resolves from its cadastral reference and SIGPAC in any region. Direct submission to each region's registry is being enabled in phases.
The next task, already in the notebook.
