2. Data we collect
- Account data: email, name, password (encrypted).
- Farm notebook data: parcels (cadastral reference, SIGPAC identifiers, area, crop), recorded tasks (type, date, product, registration number, dose, treated area), expenses/income you note, and applicator details you choose to store (NIF, ROPO card).
- Farm data: members and roles of teams you create or join.
- Usage data: via Google Analytics (aggregate) and Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps, anonymised session recordings), when active.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Providing the service (contract): storing and syncing your notebook, validating products.
- Submission to the regional registry (SIEX): only when you order it.
- Analytics (consent) and operational communications (contract/legitimate interest).

We never sell your data.
5. Retention
Notebook data: while your account exists (farm regulations require keeping notebook records for at least 3 years; you can export before deleting). Analytics: 14 months.
6. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability: write to soporte@agrogps.eu. You can also export all your data from the app, free, at any time. Complaints: Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
7. International transfers
Notebook data is hosted in the EU. Some analytics providers may process data outside the EU under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
8. Changes
Substantial changes will be announced on the site and, if you have an account, by email.
