365FarmNet closes on 30.11.2026: your data in Agro GPS in 5 minutes
Updated: September 2026
CLAAS shuts down 365FarmNet on 30 November 2026, and backing up your data is up to you (365FarmNet's own backup guide). Agro GPS reads the files 365FarmNet produces as they are: your fields with their boundaries from the Shape file and your booked work records from the CSV files. No column mapping, no retyping.
Step 1: export the fields (Shape file)
- In 365FarmNet choose Pflanzenbau (crop farming), then Schläge (fields) under Verwalten.
- Tick the box at the top left of the table to select every field.
- Click Download above the table on the right. The boundaries come as a ZIP file with the Shape file inside. Do not unzip it: Agro GPS reads the ZIP as it is.
An ISO-XML TASKDATA.XML with your fields, for instance from a terminal, works too.
Step 2: export the work records (CSV, one year per file)
As the 365FarmNet help on the CSV export describes it:
- Choose Pflanzenbau and click Arbeitsvorgänge (work records).
- Open the Verbucht (booked) tab.
- Pick the year in the Erntejahr column on the right.
- Do not tick any booking: 365FarmNet then exports every booking in the selection.
- Click the CSV icon at the top right. The file is called
Arbeitsvorgänge_…csv.
365FarmNet exports at most 1,000 work records at a time, so export year by year, at least the last three.
Step 3: upload to Agro GPS
- In Agro GPS open Papers, Import notebook and Move from 365FarmNet.
- Choose the ZIP with the fields under 1 and all the CSV files at once under 2.
- Check what the app found and tap Import. Uploading a file twice duplicates nothing.
What comes over
- Fields: name, number, crop and boundary, converted from ETRS89/UTM or Gauss-Krüger coordinates. A field made of several parts counts all of them in its area.
- Work records: date, field and activity. Spraying, fertilising, sowing, harvest and irrigation are recognised, custom activities as well as possible.
- Products and amounts: 365FarmNet exports the total per field; Agro GPS turns it into a rate per hectare using the worked area. A tank mix becomes one line per product, a harvest becomes kilograms.
- Notes and machines stay attached to the record.
What does not, honestly
- The authorisation number of a plant protection product is not in the 365FarmNet CSV. Add it to the spraying records so your register is complete.
- The PDFs (field records, consumption, cross-compliance proofs), soil samples from Excel, costs, working hours, machine data and anything from livestock.
- ISO-XML tasks: from a TASKDATA.XML Agro GPS only reads the field boundaries. 365FarmNet only exports planned tasks there, not completed work.
- We built the CSV import from 365FarmNet's official help. If your export looks different, write to dani@agrogps.eu and we will adapt it.
Electronic from 2027
From 1 January 2027 plant protection records in the EU must be kept electronically and machine-readable (Regulation (EU) 2023/564; in Germany § 11 PflSchG). Agro GPS checks every product against the national register and exports the record for free in the machine-readable format of the regulation, even after you cancel.
