Agro GPS free pilot programme

Terms in force since 24 September 2026

We are looking for farmers, farm businesses, cooperatives, agronomy advisers and farm accountants in any European country who want to use Agro GPS in their real work, free of charge, in exchange for telling us what gets in their way and what is missing. We review every application by hand.

What is included

The full company suite: field records, task planning, teams with roles, farm groups, desk and reports. No card needed.
For the whole organisation: every person and every role, no limits, unless your code states a number of seats.
The AI assistant: type or dictate what you did and it proposes the record. You review and confirm it before anything is saved.
Your data stays yours: export is always free, also after the pilot ends.

What we ask of you

Use it for real, with your fields and your people.
Written feedback: one short form inside the app after two weeks of use.
If you like it, a review in the app store. Only if you like it. There is no obligation to buy anything.

AI assistant with fair use

We pay for the assistant ourselves, as an investment to improve it with what we learn in the pilot. That is why it has limits per person per day and per farm per month. If we detect very indiscriminate use, we turn off the AI for that person; the rest of the app keeps working as before.

Submissions to the authorities, country by country

Agro GPS keeps the records required by Regulation (EU) 2023/564 across Europe and exports them for free. Direct submission to official systems depends on each country. In Spain the notebook is complete and submission to SIEX is switched on when the administration grants us access. Where there is no direct connection yet, you keep your records up to date and export them when you are asked. Before you start, we tell you the real situation in your country.

Pilot terms

It is free and needs no card. It includes the full company suite, with no limits except the number of seats stated on your code.
The end date is stated on each code when we issue it. We notify you in the app in advance. When it ends, the account returns to the free plan: no data is lost and export stays free.
We ask for real use, written feedback in the app after about two weeks and, only if you like it, a store review. There is no obligation to buy.
The AI assistant is included with fair use, with daily limits per person and monthly limits per farm. If we detect very indiscriminate use, we turn off the AI for that person; the rest of the app keeps working.
What you type or dictate to the assistant is sent to Anthropic, acting as our processor, to prepare a proposal that you always confirm. Dictation is turned into text on your device: we do not upload or store audio. We keep the text, the proposal, your corrections and the outcome for up to 12 months, linked to your account, to improve the assistant. You can switch this off in Settings, and it is deleted when you delete your account. Anthropic does not use this data to train its models.
Submissions to the authorities work according to the situation in each country, which we explain before you start. We do not promise connections that are not live yet.
We may end the programme or a code with advance notice. You may leave whenever you want.
The data in your application is used only to manage the pilot and is kept until the pilot ends plus 12 months. Your rights are set out in the privacy policy.

Frequently asked questions

How long does the pilot last? The end date comes with your code when we give it to you, and we remind you in the app before it arrives.

What happens to my data when it ends? Nothing is deleted. The account returns to the free plan and you can export everything for free.

Do I have to pay anything afterwards? No. If you want to keep the company plan, you subscribe; if not, you stay on the free plan.

Does it work in my country? Yes. Agro GPS works across Europe and in 27 languages. Direct submission to the authorities depends on each country, and we tell you before you start.

Will you fill my inbox? No. There are no automated emails: we review each application by hand and only write to give you your code.
