4 months of Premium free in exchange for your feedback

Agro GPS is a digital field record book that we build together with the people who use it. We give you 4 months of Premium free on your farm, no card needed; in return, we ask you to really use it and tell us in writing what to improve. It is open to farmers, farm businesses, cooperatives, agronomy advisers, farm accountants and agricultural contractors in any European country.

How it works

  1. Fill in the form on this page. It takes a minute.
  2. If activation is already open in your country, your code appears on screen straight away, with a button that opens the app and activates Premium (web, Android or iOS). If you do not have an account yet, you create one in a minute.
  3. If it is not open yet (in Spain, until the official connection with the administration is ready), we keep your application and write to you with your code.

A cooperative, advisory firm or accountant looking after several farms? Tell us how many in the form and we will write to you about the company suite for your members or clients. That is separate and agreed by hand.

Submissions to the authorities, country by country

Agro GPS keeps the records required by Regulation (EU) 2023/564 across Europe and exports them for free. Sending them directly to the official systems depends on each country, and we tell you the real status in yours. In Spain the record book is complete and sending to SIEX is switched on once the administration grants us access. Where there is no direct connection yet, you keep your records up to date and export them when asked. We do not promise connections that are not live yet.

Terms

  1. Premium is free for 4 months from the day you activate the code on your farm, with no card needed. Nothing is charged automatically when it ends: you only keep Premium if you subscribe; otherwise you move to the free plan and keep all your data.
  2. We ask for real use and your written feedback in the app after about two weeks, and perhaps once more later. A store rating only if you like it. There is no obligation to buy.
  3. One Premium farm per person: the code activates one farm per account. We can withdraw it in case of abuse, for example many fake accounts.
  4. We can close the programme to new sign-ups with prior notice. What has already been granted is honoured until its end date, and anyone who activated their code before 6 October 2026 keeps the terms they signed up under. You can leave whenever you want, and exporting your data is always free.
  5. Premium does not include unlimited use of the AI assistant. If you use it, it has fair-use limits per person per day and per farm per month. If we detect very indiscriminate use, we turn off the AI for that person; the rest of the app keeps working.
  6. What you type or dictate to the assistant is sent to Anthropic, acting as our processor, to prepare a proposal that you always confirm. Dictation is turned into text on your device: we do not upload or store audio. We keep the text, the proposal, your corrections and the outcome for up to 12 months, linked to your account, to improve the assistant. You can switch this off in Settings, and it is deleted when you delete your account. Anthropic does not use this data to train its models.
  7. Submissions to the authorities work according to the status in each country, which we explain to you. We do not promise connections that are not live yet.
  8. Organisations that receive the company suite by agreement may use single-use pilot codes with an end date. Their terms are agreed separately.
  9. The data in your application is used only to manage the programme and kept while you take part plus 12 months. Your rights are in the privacy policy.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it last? 4 months from the day you activate the code. The app shows how many days you have left and the end date. If we ever close the programme, it closes only to new sign-ups.

What happens to my data? It is yours. You export it for free whenever you want, also if you leave one day. How we handle what you write to the AI assistant is explained in the privacy policy.

Will I have to pay later? Only if you want to keep Premium after the 4 months. We do not ask for a card, so nothing is charged automatically: if you do nothing, your farm moves to the free plan and you keep all your data.

Does it work in my country? Agro GPS works across Europe and in 27 languages. In some countries the code appears on screen straight away; in others, such as Spain until the official connection with the administration is ready, we send it to you by email. Sending records directly to the authorities depends on each country and we tell you its real status.

Will you fill my inbox? No. There are no automated emails or newsletters. We only write to give you your code if it does not appear on screen in your country. We ask for your feedback inside the app.

What is the catch? That we really need your feedback. We are a small team and would rather build the app with the people who use it than guess what they need. The only thing with limits is the AI assistant, because every use costs us money.
