Delete your Agro GPS account

In the app or on the web

1. Open Agro GPS on your phone or at agrogps.eu/app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate. If you want to keep your records first, Settings has Export ALL my data, free.

Without the app

Email support@agrogps.eu from your account address with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete it within 30 days and confirm in writing.

Deleting only some data, without deleting the account

You can delete any job from the app: open it and tap Delete. It is removed at once from your notebook and all your devices. For other specific data (a parcel, an expense), email support@agrogps.eu and we delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account: email, name and sign-in.
• The farms that are only yours, with all their notebook, parcels and history.
• Your memberships, invitations, API keys, webhooks and government sessions.
• Your web subscription, which is cancelled automatically.

What is kept, and why

• Shared farms: if you share a farm with other people, it passes to its longest-standing member and keeps its records, because agricultural rules require the farm to keep its notebook for at least 3 years. Your email is removed from its history.
• App Store or Google Play subscriptions: the store manages them. Cancel them there too so they do not renew.
• Analytics and crash reports: data without your name or email, which expires on its own (14 months and 90 days). More in the privacy policy.
